At Mixed Emotion we want you to love your clothes! All items go through inspection before being shipped out to assure you get exactly what you ordered.

If We Make a Mistake

In the event that we send you the wrong item, or if your item arrives damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will gladly exchange your item at no cost to you for our errors in providing you with the wrong product. 

If We Deliver the Correct Product

If we deliver the correct product according to your order details, our brand does not take responsibility for any changes. However, we still offer an exchange service under these conditions:

  • Shipping Costs: You must pay for shipping both ways. You will pay $25 for the return and $25 for the new shipment.
  • Condition: We only accept exchange items in their original, unwashed, and unused condition.

  • Please refer to the size guide carefully before confirming your order to avoid incurring high exchange fees.
  • No Refund Policy – Our company does not refund any items delivered correctly as per your order.
  • If you encounter any issues with the product you have received, we highly recommend reaching out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
